ISLAMABAD: PPP leader Farhatullah Babar lashed out at Federal Minister for Human Rights Riaz Hussain Pirzada for what he called “surrendering” to those who are said to be responsible for disappearance of people in the country, including a journalist Mudassar Naro.

In a tweet, Mr Babar demanded resignation of the minister. He said the minister’s statement was tantamount to giving a “freehand” to the abductors. “Giving an excuse by the minister that he cannot do anything for the recovery of missing journalist Mudassar Naro is quite dangerous,” he said.
