DADU: A total of 329 prisoners kept in Dadu district jail were shifted to other prisons, jail superintendent Abdul Ghaffar Chandio said on Saturday.

According to SHO Ashfaq Mangi of the A-Section police station, the shifting was undertaken in view of imminent threat of flooding to the district jail, located in a low-lying area.
