‘Shortcut march’: Sherry Rehman sees no people or results

Climate Change Minister Sherry Rehman has said that neither have the people responded to PTI chief Imran Khan’s call for a “shortcut march” nor has the former premier been able to derive any results from his campaign so far.

She added that after ending up in a blind alley, PTI leaders were now “begging” the judiciary and the army to intervene and put an end to what they described as the “current political crisis”.

“When Imran Khan was unable to secure a deal and his unconstitutional demands were not accepted, he is now standing up on the container, refusing to talk to anyone … Had they [PTI leaders] given importance to parliament, they wouldn’t have to make a rescue appeal today,” Rehman said.
