PTI dissident lawmaker Noor Alam has condemned yesterday’s attack on former prime minister Imran Khan, albeit with a “request” for political leaders that they, too, “should not incite violence”.

“You demean them outside their houses for your political objectives,” he said during an address in the National Assembly while decrying the “attacks on institutions”, particularly the army.

He also called for a tabling a resolution against such acts.
