Change in Punjab govt not difficult task: Governor Balighur Rehman

BAHAWALPUR: Punjab Governor Baleeghur Rehman claims that the federal government has improved the financial conditions and averted the country’s default.

At a media talk here on Monday, the governor said the change in the Punjab government was not a difficult task for the federal government and his party.

However, he said as the PML-N believes in democratic values and traditions, any immediate step to change the Punjab government has not been taken.

Criticising the three-year rule of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, the governor said the slogan of ‘change’ proved an utter failure; instead mismanagement had been the order of the day in all sectors. This added to the sufferings of commoners in all parts of the country.
