The twisting tale of Rubik’s cube

This is with reference to the cover story “The twisting tale of Rubik’s cube” by Benazir Raz (YW, January 28).

I appreciate the writer for writing on a topic that kids would want to know more about. Rubik’s cube is like a mystery puzzle to me. I love it, but I can’t solve it. Most of my friends have the Rubik’s cube, we try to follow the patterns and algorithms, but it seems we are far from solving it, at least for now. But I believe, if we remain persistent, we will solve it.

A lesson learnt

This is with reference to the story “A lesson learnt” by Rameen Imtiaz Kaka (YW, January 28). I loved reading about the beautiful depiction of a village life and how simple things are there.

However, as the story progressed, I realised that sometimes little mistakes can lead to bad results. One should never panic in any difficult situation and should always be ready to face it, accept it and then move on with a smile.

The story “A lesson learnt” by Rameez Imtiaz Kaka gave many lessons to its readers. These lessons are essential for situations we face on daily basis.

The basic thing is not to panic in any situation. If one does not panic, he/she will come out from any difficult situation without any difficulty.

III

The story “A lesson learnt” by Rameez Imtiaz Kaka was a motivation for those who just don’t believe in themselves. Believing in yourself means having faith in your own capabilities. It means believing that you can do anything, it is within your capacity. When you believe in yourself, you can overcome self-doubt and have the confidence to take action and get things done.

Life is unpredictable, we can’t always control what happens to us. The belief that we can control life suddenly is an illusion. One should always believe in themselves, learn to handle unexpected things and move on.

Know your worth

The article “Know your worth” by Bakhtawar Saleem Shahani (YW, February 4) was very motivational. It taught us that we should not pay attention to the comments of negative people and their point of view.

We may face many difficulties, but it doesn’t mean that we give in to them. We must believe in ourselves and our potentials, to make our life full of opportunities.
