Former PTI MNA Shaukat Ali has announced his resignation from party positions, citing the May 9 violence as the reason for his decision.

Speaking at a press conference in Peshawar, Ali expressed his solidarity with the army and pledged unwavering support to the forces in all capacities.

He stated, “I am resigning from my PTI membership and stepping down from my role in the advisory committee. Furthermore, I am returning the party ticket I held for a by-election.”
