BAHAWALNAGAR: Minchinabad police on Monday arrested a teenager for allegedly uploading an obscene video clip on social media.

District police spokesperson says that on a tip-off, a police team conducted a raid in Minchinabad Veterinary Hospital area and arrested a suspect, Zeeshan, recovering a USB from him that contained his obscene TikTok video clip, also featuring a girl, which he had uploaded on social media.

The youth was booked under sections 292 and 293 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and sent behind the bars. Further investigation was going on, a police official says.

According to the FIR, the youth had been charged under the Motion Picture Ordinance 1979.

Police sources say both the TikToker and the girl in the video were underage. The police have deleted the video from the suspect’s account.
