Three of a family murdered over theft allegations

TOBA TEK SINGH: Three members of a family, including a woman, were murdered, and another woman from the same family was critically injured in Faisalabad on Tuesday, in the Tandlianwala City police area of Chak 431-GB, Burala.

The incident occurred after a heated argument over theft allegations leveled against the perpetrators.

According to the police, the tyers of a rickshaw belonging to the deceased family were stolen, and the suspects were accused of the theft.

During the argument, which escalated with the exchange of words, Shahid Nazir and his three accomplices launched a violent attack, opening fire on the family.

Four members of the same family sustained severe injuries, and three of them, identified as Shamsher Ahmad), his sister-in-law Robina Bibi, and his cousin Noor Ahmad, succumbed to their wounds on the spot.

The injured niece, Zarina Bibi, was admitted to the Tandlianwala THQ Hospital.
