DERA MURAD JAMALI: Two young girls were shot dead in a village of Kachhi district, officials said, on Saturday.

They added that the double murder was reported from Faiz Bakhsh village. The victims were later identified as Amina and Sakina.

However, the motive and culprits behind the gruesome killings could not be ascertained, as Levies officials claimed that they were investigating the case.

On receiving information about the killing, officials rushed to the area and shifted the bodies to the district hospital in Dhadar. Medical superintendent Dr Saifullah said the girls sustained multiple gunshot wounds, which caused their death.
