Bodies of three siblings retrieved from canal

KASUR: Rescue 1122 divers on Wednesday claimed to have recovered bodies of three out of the four children thrown by their father in Mustafabad canal some days back.

He also reported the matter to local police. Azeem had five children including a son and four daughters.

Later, police arrested Azeem suspecting him for his changing statements to police.

Rescue recovered the bodies of Sabir, Seema, and Ayesha and were striving for the fourth sibling, Nabeeha.

Rescue teams shifted the bodies to DHQ hospital for autopsy. The rescuers on Wednesday stopped the operation due to darkness and would resume the search on Thursday (today).
