MARDAN: The Higher Education Commission has appreciated the commitment of Mardan’s Women’s University to excellence.

In a statement, the university said the Award of Appreciation was given away to it along with other universities in Islamabad for demonstrating exemplary commitment to excellence by submitting complete data within the stipulated time frame to the HEC.

It said the Higher Education Data Repository Division had played a pivotal role in advancing the landscape of higher education data management.

“The HEDR has unveiled an online data collection portal for the submission of higher education statistics across Pakistan. The Edustats portal designed to streamline data submission processes by conducting extensive online and physical training sessions benefitted 450 focal persons nationwide,” it said.

The university said the HEDR Division, in collaboration with higher education institutes, was set to acknowledge and celebrate the efforts of HEIs for submitting complete data to the HEC on time for the financial year 2021-22 on the Edustats online portal.
