The purest charity
This is with reference to the article “The purest charity” by Maryam Ahmed (YW, December 23). The story beautifully portrayed the strength of friendship and the transformative power of small acts of kindness.
The characters were relatable and the storyline revolved around a powerful message about empathy and generosity. The climax, where Ali supports Sarim during a difficult time, was particularly moving.
Kudos to the author for crafting a memorable story.

I agree with the views of Maryam Ahmed in her article “The purest charity” that charity is not just about big donations, but it can be done through small acts of kindness. These little acts can spread care and love in society.
The moral of the story was to live not only for ourselves, but also for others while making the world a better place. It taught us that being good to others, even in small ways, can have a positive and meaningful impact on our surroundings.

Charity is an act of kindness and this was rightly explained by Maryam Ahmed in her article “The purest charity”. Helping someone in difficult times is also a form of charity and one must not step back from helping anyone in need.

A winter accident
This is with reference to the story “A winter accident” by Ammar Marfani (YW, December 30). The story had a really strong message that highlighted the importance of heeding safety advice from elders.
The experience shared in the story serves as a reminder that sometimes a small inconvenience, like wearing a seatbelt, can make a significant difference in ensuring everyone’s well-being. It is my advice to all the readers to ensure that you adhere to the safety rules wherever you go.

Too much of anything is bad
This is regarding the story “Too much of anything is bad” by Eesha Faraz (YW, December 30). The story taught us the importance of time and how we should use it wisely. Having a schedule and working accordingly, instead of wasting time on social media, is the key to utilising time properly.
It would be great if YW published more stories on time management for the youth.
