At a rally in Murree, PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif highlighted the achievements of his 2013 government. He also compared the current prices of roti, vegetables, and tractors with those in 2013.

“When I was prime minister, I was serving the people […] Didn’t we combat loadshedding and make electricity cheaper?” he asked.

The former premier went on to claim that the billion tree tsunami launched by the Imran Khan-led government was a scam.
