Mr Khaliquzzaman was addressing a meeting of the Pakistan Parliamentary Club … arranged … in honour of the representatives of the Islamic countries to the recent World Muslim Conference, at Frederick’s Cafeteria… .

[Meanwhile according to News agencies in Texas,] George Washington was arrested here today [Feb 22] on the anniversary of the birth of the first United States president.
