Pakistan Railway police hand over 31 runaway kids to parents

LAHORE: Pakistan Railways (PR) Police claim to have handed over 31 runaway children (both boys and girls) to their parents across the country in seven days.

According to a spokesman, the PR police had found these runaway children roaming at various stations or traveling in trains.

The spokesman said the Rawalpindi division found and handed over seven children followed by Lahore and Peshawar division where the police found 10 (five each).

Three children were found in Multan and Sukkur division whereas Karachi and Quetta divisions handed over four and two children, respectively. Besides this, the police also found and handed over lost luggage/goods to as many as 60 passengers.
