Faizan advances at Asian Jr Squash

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s promising youngster Faizan Ali defeated Wong Ho Kiu of Hong Kong in the second-round of the U-13 category in the 31st Asian Junior Individual Squash Championship here at the Roshan Khan Squash Complex on Wednesday.

Faizan overcame Wong 15-13, 2-11, 11-9, 8-11, 12-10 to qualify for the third round.

Around two hundred boys and girls from different Asian countries are participating in different categories of the championship being held at Mushaf and Roshan Khan complexes of the Pakistan Sports Complex.
