ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Army and Cosmopolitan Roses Academy won men’s and women’s title respectively of the National Netball Champio­nship, which concluded here at the Lia­q­uat Gymnasium of the Pakistan Sports Complex on Sunday.

In the men’s final, Army defeated Pakistan Navy 19-29 while Wapda outclassed Paki­stan Police 47-9 in the third-position match.

The Cosmopolitan Roses Aca­d­emy in an exciting final edged Army 21-19 in the women’s event while Sindh overwhelmed Punjab 28-9 in the third-position clash.
