LAHORE: Students, academics, researchers, farmers and policymakers on Saturday attended the concluding ceremony of a two-day mango festival held at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Agricultural University of Multan.

The festival featured a consultative seminar with mango growers under the title of ‘Eco-Smart Mango Production: Challenges and Opportunities’.

Punjab Minister for Agriculture Ashiq Kermani urged growers and researchers to develop a comprehensive programme to address mango issues.
