DADU: End to army operation in Balochistan demanded

DADU, March 26: A convention of workers the PPP has demanded that the government should stop army operation in Balochistan, shelve Kalabagh, Bhasha and other controversial projects and withdraw all cases against Benazir Bhutto, her husband Asif Ali Zardari and other leaders of PPP and PML-N.

The convention was held in Mehar town on Sunday.

Former MPA Munawar Ali Butt said that Baloch people were demanding their genuine rights, and army operation was not a solution.

He said that many innocent people were killed during the army operation.
