Wonder craft: Footstool
This concerns the “Footstool” in the Wonder craft section by the Crafter (YW, October 26). There is no doubt that in almost every household, there are empty cardboard towel or foil rolls that are typically discarded. The footstool crafted from these empty rolls turned out amazing!
It is not only handy for kids but also adults. I really appreciate The Crafter for creating such wonderful projects, and I hope to see more in the future. This innovative approach to crafting showcases how simple materials can be recycled and transformed into a functional footstool.

The grandest relation of all
This concerns the cover story “The grandest relation of all” by Benazir Raz (YW, October 12). The writer beautifully explored the bond between grandparents and grandchildren, emphasising that time spent with grandparents is invaluable, as many children miss out on this love and wisdom.
The article taught us the importance of respecting and listening to our grandparents, who offer valuable insights from their life’s experiences. Their support and guidance can have a significant impact on us, and we are fortunate to have them in our lives.
