LAHORE: Master Paints/Newage Cables and FG/Din Polo marched into the final of the Lahore Open Polo Champ­ionship after winning their respe­­ctive semi-finals on Satu­rday.

Bilal Haye scored three goals while Estanislao Abelenda added two as Master Paints/Newage Cables overcame Diamond Paints 7-5. For the losing side, Raja Temur Nadeem and Raja Jalal Arsalan netted two each.

FG/Din Polo outpaced Army 7-4, thanks to Raja Mikael Sami who struck four goals. Saqib Khakwani contributed two. For Army, Swr Mohammad Naeem scored a brace.

The finals will be played on Sunday, with the subsidiary final between IS/SQ Platinum Homes and PB POlo.
