Pakistan, India even as rain delays doubles

COLOMBO: Pakistan and India split their singles matches in the BNP Paribas World Team Cup Wheelchair Tennis Asian Qualification event on Friday, with the decisive doubles match suspended due to rain.

Asif Abbasi of Pakistan delivered a dominant performance, defeating India’s Sathasivam

6-0, 6-0. However, India’s Karthik responded with an equally impressive 6-2, 6-0 victory over Pakistan’s Fida Hussain.
