KHYBER: Three members of a family died in a roof collapse in Tirah Valley on Monday night.

Sources in the valley said that Bismillah along with his family was asleep in his house in Maidan area when the roof of the house collapsed due to heavy rain.

They said Bismillah, his wife and one of his minor daughters died on the spot. Rain has also caused damage to a number of other houses in the valley, also damaging some standing crops.
