From silence to stardom

This is regarding the story, “From silence to stardom” by Imran Nazeer (YW, December 28). The story emphasised the importance of confidence and optimism. It revealed that with dedication and hard work, anyone can achieve success and recognition.

However, setbacks and obstacles may arise along the way, but instead of giving up, we should face these challenges and prove our capabilities.

Amazing winter phenomena

This is with reference to the article “Amazing winter phenomena” by Nawa Khan (YW, January 11). It was a fascinating read, explaining the science behind static electricity, crackling sounds and winter’s eerie silence in such a fun and engaging way.

I always wondered why my hair floats in the air or why I get tiny shocks when touching a doorknob, and this article answered it all with great clarity. The connection between cold weather and sound propagation was also interesting.

Winter truly has its own charm, and this article made me appreciate its little scientific wonders even more.

This is regarding the story “Health is wealth” by Memoona Mukhtar (YW, January 4). The story highlighted the importance of avoiding canned food and junk snacks. The writer creatively conveyed a valuable lesson, emphasising that excessive consumption of fast food can lead to serious health issues and disorders.

We should be mindful of our eating habits and make conscious choices to protect our well-being. It is crucial to avoid harmful, unhealthy food and prioritise nutritious meals.

The well-known saying “Health is wealth” is not just a simple phrase, but carries a profound message, emphasising the importance of health over money and material possessions. The story “Health is wealth” by Mamoona Mukhtar reinforces this idea.

According to physicians and health specialists, maintaining good health requires a proper diet and disciplined eating habits. Neither money, gold nor power can guarantee good health, only personal care and commitment can. Undoubtedly, a person would be willing to sacrifice all their wealth, but not a single organ of their body.

In short, one must regularly monitor their health and remain grateful to the Almighty for this invaluable blessing.
