PHC CJ visits judicial complex

SWABI, Aug 23: Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Justice Tariq Pervez Khan has said that the planned judicial complexes in various districts would have modern facilities. He was presiding over a meeting after inspecting the under-construction judicial complex in Shah Mansoor town here on Wednesday. The complex would cost Rs195 million.

District and sessions judge Khalid Amin Khan and other judges and president of Swabi Bar Council attended the meeting.

The complex, he said, would also resolve various problems faced by the local lawyers’ community. He welcomed the proposals for segregating facilities for women. Earlier, the district and sessions judge gave a briefing about the construction work.—Correspondent
