‘Benazir rules out any deal with govt’

MANDI BAHAUDDIN, Sept 20: PPP chairperson and former prime minister Ms Benazir Bhutto has ruled out any deal with the present government describing it as propaganda of anti-ARD elements and enemies of democracy.

She said that the struggle against anti-masses rulers would continue till the ouster of the present government and restoration of real democracy.

This was quoted by PPP’s district information secretary Muhammad Hussain Shakir here on Wednesday during a press conference upon his arrival from London.

He further revealed that the party chairperson strongly believed in a joint struggle with the ARD to launch an anti-government movement soon after Eidul Fitr.

Answering a question, he said that Ms Benazir Bhutto would be in Pakistan before elections in 2007 while the central executive committee meeting would decide her arrival date.
