NAWABSHAH: Brohi murder case adjourned till Oct 18

NAWABSHAH, Sept 30: Chaudhry Aslam, former SP of the Lyari Task Force and main accused in the Rasool Bux Brohi encounter case was not produced in the Nawabshah session court on Saturday.

Police produced 10 out of 12 arrested accused, in the court.

Chaudhry Aslam and DSP Irfan Bahadur’s medical certificates were submitted by police mentioning that Chaudhry Aslam was admitted to ICU and Irfan Bahadur was suffering from diarrhoea.

Sharif Siyal, counsel of the accused submitted bail applications of DSP Irfan Bahadur and Inspector Safdar Hussain Shah for which the date was fixed as October 18.

District and sessions judge Ghulam Qadir Leghari adjourned the hearing till October 18.
