Pakistan ranked 5th in world hockey
KARACHI, July 5: Pakistan remained at fifth spot in the recent men's FIH world hockey rankings while Argentina's victory at the Champions Hockey Challenge last week helped them to climb one place to sixth spot.
Germany leads the rankings with leaders Australia, Spain, Netherlands and Pakistan the other nations in top five.
Champions Challenge runner-up New Zealand also climbs one position to ninth spot, India remains at eighth, England drops down from ninth to tenth position while Japan moves up one place to 12th.—PPI
