KOHAT: Recovery of paramedic demanded

KOHAT, July 26: Paramedics of District Headquarters and Women and Children Hospitals in Kohat on Thursday observed a complete strike in protest against the kidnapping of one of their colleagues.

Dispenser Hamzallah was kidnapped from the Lachi area on July 7.

The paramedical staff demanded the recovery of their colleague. They locked laboratories and X-Ray and emergency rooms. However, doctors performed their duties as usual.

They warned that if their colleague was not recovered with in one week, they would go on indefinite strike.—Correspondent
