HYDERABAD: PPP to sweep polls: leader

HYDERABAD, Dec 2: Pakistan People’s Party candidate for NA-222 Tando Mohammad Khan Syed Naveed Qamar has said that his party will win the general elections with thumping majority throughout the country after which “people’s rule” will be established in the country under the dynamic leadership of Benazir Bhutto.

He said that PPP chairperson had unfolded the party manifesto which included promotion of education and generation of employment opportunities. He was speaking at the district party convention in Tando Mohammad Khan on Saturday. He said that the PPP was the biggest political party of the country and it would not boycott general elections.

He said that party chairperson Benazir Bhutto was the symbol of federation and added that the politically conscious people would vote for this symbol throughout Pakistan.

Mohsin Shah Bukhari, Amin Lakho and others also spoke on the occasion.
