KARACHI, March 19: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad, who is also the Chancellor of the Dow University of Health Sciences, has appointed Prof Salahuddin Afsar as Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University for two years.

Dr Afsar, Principal of the Dow Medical College, is a DMC graduate of 1979 batch and has acquired MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 1986. He was awarded fellowship by the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh) in 1996.—APP
