Wheat stocks of seven mills sealed

GUJRANWALA, April 4: The district administration on Friday sealed the stocks of seven flour mills on charges of hoarding, smuggling and misappropriation.

On the direction of DCO Athar Hussain Sial, the administration has launched a movement to curb the smuggling of wheat flour to tribal areas by local mill owners. The administration has already sealed several flour mills on identical charges.

Meanwhile, the district government on Friday removed encroachments from greenbelts in the city.
