UK trade deficit shrinks

LONDON, April 10: Britain’s trade-in-goods deficit with the rest of the world fell to 7.5 billion pounds in February from 7.9 billion in January, official data showed on Thursday.

The Office for National Statistics revised January’s deficit, which had originally been put at 7.5 billion pounds.—AFP
