Yousuf reaches 9000 runs in ODIs

Faisalabad, April 11: Mohammad Yousuf became only the second Pakistani cricketer and 12th in the world to reach 9,000 runs in One-day International in the second ODI against Bangladesh at Iqbal Stadium here on Friday.

Yousuf reached the landmark when he hit left-arm spinner Abdur Razzak to cover for a boundary to join the elite club.

Only former skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq has achieved the milestone for Pakistan, scoring 11739 runs in 378 matches.
