LAHORE, April 27: The Civil Lines police claimed on Sunday to have arrested the ringleader of a car lifter gang and seized from him two cars and illegal arms.

A police team caught Ramzan ‘red-handed’ when he was lifting a car from LDA Plaza on Kashmir Road. However, Ramzan’s accomplice Mushtaq fled.
