Woman wants to sell children

HYDERABAD, July 21: A woman offered her two sons for sale in the city’s Resham Bazaar on Monday, but later disappeared.

The woman had come to the press club a few days ago, complaining that her husband was in the Sukkur central jail and her economic conditions made it difficult for her to eke out a living and bring up the children.

A TV channel reporter said the woman offered her infant boy and three-year-old son for sale saying that she was in distress and the government was not offering any help. Eyewitnesses said the woman was crying and remained there for around 15 minutes, and later boarded a rickshaw and left.
