PAF fighter crashes near Sargodha

SARGODHA, Oct 9: A Pakistan Air Force fighter aircraft, on a routine training mission, crashed in a sugar cane field a few miles away from the PAF Base, Mushaf, on Thursday evening.

The pilot of F-7 ejected safely. No loss of civilian life was reported.

PAF teams reached village 96-SB and cordoned off the crash site.

The PAF said a board of inquiry had been ordered by Air Headquarters to determine the cause of the crash.
