HYDERABAD: PML-N urges govt to tackle crises

HYDERABAD, Oct 23: Pakistan Muslim League-N leaders of Jamshoro district have urged the Pakistan People’s Party to open its eyes to the crises which have engulfed the country and warned that otherwise people may throw it out of power.

Speaking at a news conference at the press club here on Thursday, Jamshoro district PML-N vice-president Zahid Baloch, Kotri taluka president Nisar Ahmed Chandio and other party leaders said that the PPP government had failed on all fronts and added that lawlessness, unemployment, poverty and hunger had broken previous records.

They said that the prices of essential consumer goods had sky-rocketed and incidents of bomb blasts and suicide attacks were also on the rise.

They said that unemployed youth was being hoodwinked and they were only appearing in interviews but jobs were being given only to the relatives of MNAs and MPAs.How could a common man get justice from the PPP government when its own party workers were not getting justice, the PML-N leaders asked.

They warned that if the PPP government failed to provide relief to the masses, the people will throw it out of power.

“Iftikhar Mohammad Choudhry is the chief justice of Pakistan, they said and added that their party would not rest at peace unless he was reinstated.
