DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Nov 18: An explosive device planted near the Tank bus stop here was defused by the bomb disposal squad on Tuesday.

Officials and eyewitnesses said the bomb weighing five kilograms was spotted by a local man, who informed police. Soon, the bomb disposal squad reached the site and defused the bomb, the officials said.

Police have registered a case.
