LAHORE, Jan 21: Lahore College, for Women University Greens defeated Government Baghbanpura, College, Lahore 28-19 to win the first Quaid-i-Azam Inter-collegiate basketball championship on Wednesday.

The winners led the first half 9-7. For the winners, Hina (8), Razia (7), Atta (6) and Fareena (5) were the major scorers. For the losers, Saadia (8), Asma (6) and Shumaila (4) excelled.—Sports Reporter
