Pakistan women beat BD

ISLAMABAD, Feb 6: Nain Abidi hammered a steady knock of 65 to steer Pakistan to a seven-wicket win over hosts Bangladesh in the Triangular Women’s Cricket Series match at Bogra (Bangladesh), according to a report made available here on Friday.

Pakistan skipper Urooj Mumtaz Khan won the toss sending Bangladesh in to bat first. Bangladesh were all out for 107 in 46.1 overs.

Nain Abidi then hit 65 knock off 96 balls with 11 boundaries to guide Pakistan to victory.

Left-handed Bismah Mahroof was out for 12 and Sajida Shah for 17 after as Urooj Mumtaz Khan and Sana Mir remained not out.—APP
