GUJRAT, Jan 5: Two motorcyclists died in a road accident on Dinga Road on Monday. A rashly-driven bus (No FDO 9276) hit the motorcycle of Abbas and Rasheed near Dheru Gunna, killing both on the spot.

Saddar police registered a case against the absconding bus driver on the complaint of advocate Chaudhry Asghar. Meanwhile, three people were murdered in the district during the last 24 hours.

Rukhsana was shot dead by her cousin Mehdi Khan over a domestic dispute in Dedar village of Karrianwala. Police registered a case on the complaint of her husband Zafar Iqbal.

Riaz was asleep at his house when some unidentified men shot him dead in Chohdhowal village of Jalalpur Jattan. Jalalpur Saddar police registered a case on the complaint of Fiaz who is a brother of Riaz. Three unidentified motorcyclists shot dead Basharat near Servis Mor when he was going to his house after attending the proceedings of a case.
