2 more terror suspects held in Gujrat

GUJRAT, July 29: An intelligence agency interroagting foreigners arrested from here on July 25, on Thursday picked up two suspects, a real estate agent and a car dealer.

Informed sources told Dawn on condition of anonymity that one of the arrested men had been identified as Hafiz Masood Sadiq of Taimoor Chowk, a real estate agent and an activist of outlawed militant organization.

They claimed that Hafiz had taken a car on rent from one Safdar which remained in the use of terrorists. The security forces also picked up Safdar who got the car on lease from a bank. Safdar had received Rs90,000 as car rent for two months from the terrorists.

The sources said that the two men had been taken to an investigation centre for interrogation. Meanwhile, the third Pakistani arrested during the July 25 operation had been identified as Asif Iqbal of Mandi Bahauddin.
