SUKKUR: Accident leaves three dead, 25 injured

SUKKUR, Jan 12: Three people were killed and 25 others were injured when two wagons collided head-on near Ranjhanpur, situated between Thul and Humayoon, Jacobabad, on Wednesday.

Two of the killed were identified as Qabil Bhatti and Abdul Majeed Bhatti. The injured were taken to the Thul Taluka Hospital. In another incident in the Shikarpur district, Abdullah and Noor Mohammad were killed and 17 other people were injured when a wagon fell into the Qazi Wah after its tie-rod broke near Sultankot on Wednesday.

The injured, including Mohammad Akbar, Qabil Mahessar, Mumtaz Jhalan, Azizullah, Bachayo, Ajab, Behram, Tanveer, Shah Nawaz, Shahid, Fakir, Ghulam Nabi, Suleman, Asifa, Kashmiran, Zubeda, and Kanwal, were taken to the Shikarpur Civil Hospital.
