Bahawalpur dominate Rest of Sindh

LAHORE,  Jan 21: Opener Usman Tariq hit 91 to help  Bahawalpur obtain a massive first innings lead of 177 against Rest of Sindh on the second day of the Quaid Trophy match at Bahawalpur Stadium Monday, according to details available here.

Bahawalpur, resuming at the overnight score of 85 without loss in reply to Rest of Sindh’s 124, reached 301 in 84.3 overs.

At  stumps,  Rest  of Sindh, however, made a spirited fight back to score 99 for two in the second innings with  Hanif-ur-Rehman (62) with Naeem Ghauri (2) at the crease.
