Rawalpindi club to give PFF explanation

LAHORE, April 21 The PFF has directed Young Rising Stars Women Club, Rawalpindi, to inform the federation by April 25 that who allowed them to tour the USA to take part in a tournament.

PFF secretary Ahmad Yar Lodhi said on Tuesday that no football team could visit abroad without getting an NOC from the PFF and the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) but the club visited the US without doing that.

The women team returned home on Monday. The arrival of the team was disclosed when the immigration officials denied entry to one of the members of the team, who was an Afghan and was studying in Islamabad. As she had single-entry visa, the immigration staff deported her.The secretary said after receiving the report from the club, the PFF would take action. — Sports Reporter
