HYDERABAD, April 28 The only way to improve the literacy ratio in the country was participation of women in utilising their skills and encouraging education of girls, said Dire- ctor-General Ibrahim Qureshi of the Sindh Civil Services and Local Government Academy.

He was speaking at a training workshop, `Local Women Leader`, organised by the academy in collaboration with the UNDP in Tando Mohammad Khan on Tuesday.—Bureau
