QUETTA, March 24 Lawyers boycotted courts in the city for the fourth consecutive day on Wednesday in protest against police for their failure to get Advocate Iftikharul Haq freed from captivity.

Mr Haq was kidnapped on Friday.

The lawyers did not attend the Balochistan High Court, sessions and civil courts and cases before judicial magistrates.

Lawyers took out a procession from the BHC Bar room that marched on different roads and ended in the front of the press club.
