KARACHI, June 16 Karachi beat Hyderabad 4-2 to win the women's football title in the 13th Sindh Games at the NED University ground here on Wednesday.

The match had to be decided on penalty kicks after the score at fulltime remained 1-1.

The third position match between Sukkur and Mirpurkhas was won by former 1-0.
